Laura Sweet

Founder & Principal

An impassioned senior marketing executive, Laura specializes in building high-performing, results-driven, cohesive teams.

Laura has worked in both B2C and B2B, and in industries including training, finance, and not-for-profit. For the last five years, Laura led the dynamic marketing and communications department for Ottawa-based SaaS leader, Assent Compliance.

Laura's idealism and optimism are reflected in the work she does outside of the office, volunteering for various organizations supporting causes including children, animal welfare, and social and environmental initiatives.
